Can we bring our own decorations or cake?

  • You can bring a cake (inform 24-48 hours in advance for setup)
  • We also offer paid decoration upgrades (petals, bubbles, fog effects)

❌ Not Allowed:

  • Outside food/snacks (we provide in-house options)
  • Banned items: Poppers, color sprays, cold fires, or alcohol

What happens if we arrive late or exceed our booked time?

  • Late Arrival: Your booking ends at the scheduled time (no extensions)
  • Early Check-out: No refunds for unused time
  • Overtime Charge: Extra fee applies if you exceed your slot
